Sunday Funday

It's a Sunday morning in Alexandria, as Mike prepares to head out for a walk with WANDA to brunch. Along the way, he stumbles to find his keys and phone but discovers some forgotten chocolate ice cream in his messy kitchen.

Good morning, this is Mike George coming at you on this blessed Sunday morning. Well, I have to look at my other phone just to see what day it is—these are the times we live in! Actually, I could just look out the window and ask the Lord. It’s a beautiful Sunday; we’re in the final clutches of the morning here.

I’m on my way to Bottoms Up. It’s sort of the natural catch-all where all the 'bottoms' end up at the end of the night, so it makes sense to go there the next morning to clean up! I'm on a bit of a schedule, so I’ve got to do my mental sanity check: wallet, phone, keys... all that jazz.

Oh, this kitchen is a mess! I almost left this chocolate ice cream out. It's at the perfect consistency right now—just slightly melted. I have self-control! Actually, I’m just too lazy to get a spoon. Back to the freezer it goes. Let’s focus on how much of a mess I am, not my dwelling.

I’m going to try something ambitious and keep this Bluetooth audio going with Miss WANDA.

God, these shoes look disgusting! And I can’t put them on while holding the phone. This is why we need a production assistant, I swear! Welcome to Sunday Funday, everyone. What kind of fun are we having this morning?

I consider myself a quasi-professional street performer with WANDA. She has brand new speakers, so I have to take extra special care of her. Onward ho! I’m getting my 'cheater phone'—the one the audience isn't supposed to know about. But I don't believe in walls between me and the audience. I just say it how it is, even though everyone says that these days and it doesn't mean anything anymore.

It is a lovely day here in Alexandria, Louisiana. Let’s have a look around. And here is WANDA! This thing is about 7 feet long. It’s amazing I don’t strike the ground or the roof more often. It has its own little momentum when you swing it properly—there’s a method to the madness.

I’m going to try to get WANDA fired up without messing up the stream. It looks like it’s just me and one viewer left. If I don't keep you engaged, I’m just in the Facebook void! It’s like that place in Game of Thrones with Arya... what was it called? My Game of Thrones knowledge is so rusty.

Anyway, I’m going to sign off. But for now, toodles!
