This is Mike George coming at you live from the campus of The Ohio State University for a little Open Mike LIVE… “After Dark". I’m out here doing my usual thing — a casual, roaming street performance with my girl WANDA — and trying to juggle this livestream while, most importantly, not getting hit by cars. It’s a bit of a balancing act tonight. I’m struggling with the framing here; I don’t know if I should focus the camera on me or on Wanda. That’ll be the first poll of the night: Facebook Live or Wanda?

I’ve got the music going, though the playlist is already going off-script on me — I think Rihanna was trying to sneak in there — but I’m here to correct the script. You know, I’m actually getting really skilled at this. I can jam, navigate, and talk to you bitches all one-handed. I’m a rock star, if I do say so myself. Now I just need to figure out how to actually make some money on this. Where’s my producer at?

I’m heading to a nice little spot up the street where I can chill and really jam. In the meantime, I’ve found that these bus shelters make for the perfect acoustic spaces. They’re like miniature concert halls, letting WANDA’s sound really reverberate,.
