2021 Community Impact Report
2021 was a year of promise and a rebirth. As we around the world awoke in a post-pandemic era, it became clear that the time for a new normal is due. Never let a crisis go to waste. We pushed ourselves to gaze above the doom and gloom that seemed inevitably darker and darker.

2020 Community Impact Report
This past year was a period marked by upheaving change and uncertainty. During the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdowns in 2020, the Queer community suddenly lost many of the communal spaces that we relied upon for community, support, and connection.

2019 Community Impact Report
This was a year of connection and newfound purpose. We were pleased to co-host two successful educational seminars with the Columbus chapter of the Institute of Electrical Electronics Engineers (IEEE), illustrating to the public how the power grid is changing, what drivers are shaping this change, and how the shift towards a renewables-based electrical grid will change the way we consume and utilize energy.
