Collective Responsibilities:

Eligibility

To be considered, prospective Collective members must first join and participate in a General Meeting. General Meeting attendance is MANDATORY and unpaid.

Compensation

Collective members are regarded as contract laborers - not full-time employees. They are paid hourly for time spent on Collective Tasks, as approved by the Collective in advance, at a rate of $25 USD per hour.

Collective Tasks are proposed during a Collective Meeting and approved by a majority of Collective members in attendance. Once the Task has been approved and is completed, Collective members update the Collective Task Log, attaching receipts of all associated purchases.

Payment to Collective members can be expected in up to 4 weeks after Tasks have been completed and documented.
